Zero Dwell Time at O’Hare International Airport
Effective January 5, 2015, the Chicago Department of Aviation
formed a new regulation called “Zero Dwell Time” at all O’Hare Int’l Airport terminals.
Please be aware that the City of Chicago is increasing its enforcement of this rule. Chauffeurs must pick up and load passengers promptly to avoid tickets and fines. This rule applies to the entire livery lane, as it also does to
prearranged taxis. Please inform chauffeurs, as well as customers, of this planned enforcement.
